Adult Day Care ESP is short for- Elderly Services Program This program helps older adults remain safe and independent in their own homes. Aged - Frail This volunteer community board is appointed by the Butler County Commissioners to provide policy and oversight for the Butler County Elderly Services Program. For information about the Elderly Services Program (see separate entry), call (513) 868-9281 or Restrictions 60 and older for home delivered meals, 65 and older for home care services. Meals provided on a donation basis and not included in the fee scale for in-home care. In-home care costs vary however services are at no cost to qualified low income elderly.
