 Adolescent
Fruition supports at-risk teens by providing youth mentoring, resources and educational support.

Restrictions
At-risk adolescents are eligible for services if they are:

Low Income, academically at-risk, gang at-risk, from a single-parent household, expecting a child, a recent immigrant or refugee, in kinship care, have special needs, or have an incarcerated parent.


 Adult Education
Fruition supports adults with resources, enrollment, and coordination for educational development. Adults may be seeking to earn a GED, need assistance with Vocational programs, ESL program enrollment, or assistance with applying for educational programs.

Restrictions
Adults must be 18+ to qualify.


 Advocacy
Fruition offers comprehensive child and family case management services to the public for advocacy in many different areas according to their developed service plans. Clients may be seeking assistance from different agencies outside of our program and our Case management service provides guidance and support through those processes.

 Case Management
Fruition offers comprehensive case management for children and families who may be facing barriers to development and success. Fruition also partners with private schools and public institutions for contracted services.

Restrictions
Case management services are only offered in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Clients are eligible for service if they are facing barriers related to:

Employment
Substance Abuse
Mental/Physical Health
Housing
Domestic Violence
Education
Developmental Delays
Recent Immigration
At-risk Youth
Legal Aid




 Child Education
Fruition supports child education through professional/school coordination, and tutoring.

Restrictions
Educational support (i.e. tutoring or early intervention) applies to children from age 0-8


 Children, Developmental Delays
Fruition supports young children with developmental delays by connecting parents/legal guardians with resources and support for early intervention services.

Restrictions
No restrictions.


 Domestic Violence Support
Fruition provides resources to survivors of domestic violence (may be adults or children) and their families so that can regain control of their lives and find safety.

Restrictions
Survivors must have had an incident of abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, financial) occur no more than 6 months before seeking services.


 Youth At Risk
Fruition supports at-risk youth (aged 10-18) by providing youth mentoring, resources and educational support.

Restrictions
At-risk youth are eligible for services if they are:
