Requirements
Households must be less than or equal to 125% of the federal poverty guidelines for the Energy Assistance Program.

 Energy Assistance Program
A one-time benefit to maintain utility services.
Regular Assistance: Specified amount applied toward the primary heating source where one-time payment goes directly to provider.
Crisis Assistance: Helps household avoid disconnection or to assist in restoring interrupted service. One time payment directly to provider.
Summer Cool: Benefits available to help off set higher costs of energy associated with cooling your residence

Restrictions
Must apply and meet income and program guidelines. First come, first served. Must provide income of everyone that is older than 18 in the household.


 Head Start Program/ Early Head Start
Head Start for children ages 3-5, preschool program at no cost.
Early Head Start: Program dedicated to protecting and strengthening the bonds between parents and their children. Home-based program provides services to children from 6 weeks old to 3 years old. Also has prenatal care services that offer expecting families support and info in healthy birth outcomes.

Restrictions
Offered to families who have incomes below the federal poverty level.


 Homeless Prevention
They provide homeless kits which includes a backpack, food, and personal hygeine tools.
Offers the applicant transitional apartments where they can stay up to 2 years, must work full-time, and engage in coaching & life skills classes.
May send them to Horizon House which is an emergency shelter up to 30 days that can shelter 4 families at one time.
Rapid Rehousing and Prevention Program: Coaching (goal setting, budgeting, referrals, etc) and financial assistance in the form of rent/utilities. May receive assistance for 1-12 months, need is determined monthly.

Restrictions
To be considered homeless the applicant would have to have absolutely no place to go.


 Housing Choice Voucher
Program for low-income households to purchase safe, decent, and afforadable privately-owned rental housing.
