You can prepare for your appointment with Manpower by reviewing our New Hire Orientation forms and Benefits Guide at manpowerjobs.com.
All this information can be found under the US ARC tab of this site.
• If you have not yet registered on manpowerjobs.com, you must do so to access the ARC information. Simply click “Register” to set up an account. Once you have created your account, you can return to the ARC at any time by simply entering your username and password
• Once you are logged in, click on the “US ARC” tab, click on “New Hires and Orientation” to retrieve the necessary documents.
• If possible, print and complete these documents and bring them with you to your meeting with your Manpower representative. Otherwise, we will provide you with the forms during your orientation.

In addition, please take the opportunity to review the link of Manpower Policies and Procedures. We will review these with you during your orientation and answer any questions that you may have.

You must supply the following at your New Hire Orientation:
• An appropriate form(s) of identification for verification of eligibility to work (if you have questions on appropriate ID please ask me)
• A voided check required to set up your direct deposit
