Every Child Succeeds (ECS) is a free and voluntary home visitation program for first-time mothers and their families. Available in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, ECS provides regular home visits from a professional family support worker until your child is 3 years old, parenting support and education, stimulating activities and developmental screening for your baby.

Restrictions
First-time mother, who is either pregnant or has a baby less than 12 weeks old; living in Brown, Butler (limited services), Clermont, or Hamilton (OH) or Boone, Campbell, Kenton (KY); meets at least one of the following criteria: single, low income, received late or no prenatal care, or under 18 years of age.
